Carrie Hoff

Product Line Manager – Dealer’s Choice

Carrie joined Hobart as our Product Line Manager - Dealers Choice products (undercounter and door type dishwashers). Carrie comes to Hobart with excellent product line marketing and management credentials. Prior to beginning her Hobart career, she was with MeadWestvaco as a Marketing Manager in their Home & Office Division. She also held positions of increasing responsibility with Evenflo Company and Tomkins Industries, including experience in product line management, marketing and international sales. Carrie holds a bachelor degree in International Studies from Bowling Green State University.

 

Joel Hipp

Agency Approval Engineer, Hobart Warewash Division, ITW Food Equipment Group

Joel has 31 years experience working with UL, NSF, CSA and local Health Inspectors.  As a recognized expert, Joel has participated on many standards writing committees.  He maintains a forward-looking view of regulatory changes that affect Hobart products.  Based at the corporate headquarters in Troy, Ohio, he provides support to all divisions of the company.  A holder of a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Joel is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor. 

 

Dana D. Herbst

Sales Development, Food Machines—Meat Room Products  

Dana began his career at Hobart in 1994 as a Product Engineer in the Food Machines Engineering Department, located in Troy, Ohio. During his seventeen years with Hobart, Dana worked as a liaison between engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, purchasing, marketing, service, and the field sales organizations on engineering design issues or application issues. Dana has been involved with manufacturing support on most current Mixing, Meat Room, and Food Prep products in the Hobart, Berkel, and Mannhart line-up. In 2010, Dana accepted the position of Sales Development Support for Meat Room Products and will be concentrating on maintaining and expanding our market share for these items. Dana earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State University in 1982. He received his Ohio State Professional Engineer’s license in 1991. Dana is currently pursuing his MBA from Wright State University.
